ENDLESSLY 2020
Anders Holst Music brings his sensually romantic vibes and poetic juice back to Smooth Jazz with his inspiring new album ENDLESSLY. While elegantly produced by Grammy Award winner Gordon Chambers with beguiling string arrangements and soaring backing vocals, the pop/soul/jazz-oriented collection is grounded by a live ensemble featuring keyboardist Shedrick Mitchell, guitarist Sherrod Barnes, and saxophonists Peck Almond and Andreas “Pastorn” Andersson.  – The Listening Loft

SOHO SUITE 2011
In addition to having an emotionally mature take on the nature of relationships, Holst has an equally advanced take on music. You won’t find auto-tuned vocals or pounding beats here – Holst’s adult contemporary music glides along and goes down easy. It’s no surprise that he was nominated for a 2010 American Smooth Jazz Award in the International Male Vocalist category, alongside luminaries like Seal and Michael Bublé.

ROMANTIKA 2008

“Anders Holst is a regal contender to become the new crowned prince of contemporary romantic music. The original compositions across “Romantika” glide with the ease and beauty of a springtime drive through the countryside.” - CHUCK TAYLOR, BILLBOARD MAGAZINE

“The Sting of Stockholm is back and this time he's singing about love… Maybe Holst would consider leading men on a journey from Mars to Venus?” - ALL ABOUT JAZZ

I love this album. I’ve been eagerly awaiting its arrival. I’ve been a fan since the very first moment I heard Ander’s voice on the EP FIVE. He’s authentic and he has great taste in music design… - SANDY SHORE, SMOOTHJAZZ.COM

FIVE 2005

“Soulful Swedish singer/songwriter Anders Holst blends smoky jazz with the adult contemporary melodicism of Sting, Seal, and Leonard Cohen.  Introspective, spiritual, and romantic, Anders deftly weaves pop, jazz, and classical into a smooth style all its own.” - ALL MUSIC GUIDE

“When I heard it for the first time, it grabbed me instantly; I thought I haven’t heard music and lyrics like this before. When you can play something unique after listening to music for 35 years, that’s fantastic.” - FRED BRONSON, BILLBOARD MAGAZINE

“The album itself highlights Holst’s ability to perform cool jazz and groove. Holst’s song writing melds fervent, solicitous, fanciful lyrics with strains that will touch your heart, mind and soul… this release will drive you through a sentimental pilgrimage, visiting jazz and blues in contemporary soundscapes. Heartily recommended!“ - JAZZ REVIEW
